Since a young age, Mariama was drawn to cooking and making a place for others. Now she turns her mastery in the kitchen and behind a bar into artistry. But like many women in food, she is frequently the invisible hand behind the scenes, exquisitely crafting and executing creative vision, and laying a table where all can enjoy, oblivious to the talent, work and perseverance behind the experience.
With her discerning eye and creative vision, Mariama turns the everyday into a celebration, calling forth the art and beauty in our most human of actions: gathering to share food and drink.
